Bachelor and/or masters degree. Equivalent work experience may be

considered in lieu of education.

Proven experience as IT Head or similar role

Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems

and their specifications

Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software),

network etc.

Experience in controlling information technology budget.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills; effective team player

Good analytical skills with attention to detail

Technical leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Experience

10+ years experience in IT Head role or related.

Responsibilities

Select and implement technological solutions to meet current and future

needs.

Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external

relationships.

Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.

Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial

targets.

Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure

adherence.

Consolidate technology platforms and create plans for each.

Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.

Work closely with other departments to define and deliver new

products and enhancements.

Develop, track, and control the development of annual operating and

capital budgets.

Assess the information security risks to the organization and ensure

that the cyber risks are in line with the potential and identified risks.

To implement the security policy and procedures

Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.

Defining configuration specifications and business analysis

requirements

Performing quality assurance

Defining reporting and alerting requirements

Developing and executing comprehensive system test plans, conditions,

test scripts, and test cases

Maintaining business systems standards by applying business analysis

methods, tools, and processes as standard practice

Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams in business process

modelling, including documenting and mapping business processes

Assessing and formulating cost/benefit analysis

Conducting fit/gap analysis

Deciphering complex data using SQL and other technical tools

Evaluating reporting needs

Understanding how technology services are delivered at infrastructure,

middleware, and application stages.

Preparing and delivering informative, well-organized presentations and

business analysis project status reviews

Proactively resolving customer issues

Engaging with stakeholders to incorporate usability and user interface

needs when determining system requirements.

Participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate

systems design requirements and validate proposed solutions
