Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Hardware Technician to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting, maintaining, and updating computer systems, with a strong focus on Mac OS.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Hardware Technician.

Must have valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses (mandatory).

Familiarity with Mac OS, including troubleshooting and updates.

Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and network setups.

Ability to provide on-site technical support.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Troubleshooting both Windows and Mac systems.

Handling IT inventory and performing regular system updates.

Problem-solving attitude and quick learning capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
