Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue. Your key tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet individual and company sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will also oversee and manage Proof of Concept (POC) setups for customers and handle post-sales/service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints or issues. Identifying new prospects, converting them into customers, managing sales and customer relationships across South India, and traveling as necessary will be part of your role. Additionally, you will track and manage the sales funnel, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in laptop, desktop, IT hardware products, and computers sales management, preferably in a regional capacity. A strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to travel regularly, manage multiple priorities effectively, and demonstrate proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Achieving and exceeding sales targets, executing executive sales projects, possessing strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also required.
