We are seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for our clients.

Responsibilities

Install and configure hardware and software systems for clients at their locations.
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
Maintain and repair IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades as required.
Document all service requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Collaborate with the internal IT team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in IT support or field engineering roles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
