We are looking for a skilled IT Field Engineer with hands-on experience in CCTV camera installation, LAN & wireless network setup, troubleshooting, and basic knowledge of EPBX and biometric devices. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality field support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of client IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems (IP/Analog).
Perform LAN network setup, including cabling, termination, and switch configuration.
Configure and troubleshoot wireless networks, access points, routers, and mesh setups.
Provide on-site and remote IT support for network and hardware issues.
Install, configure, and maintain EPBX systems (basic knowledge required).
Install and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems.
Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and recommend network improvements.
Maintain documentation of work, configurations, and client interactions.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and support service-level commitments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
