Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security protocols are followed.
Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related queries.
Manage and maintain servers, storage devices, and antivirus systems.
Install and update operating systems, drivers, and application software.
Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and AMC services.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity practices, including access controls and virus protection.
Support IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures for reference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
