**Job Description:** As an IT Executive specializing in Audio-Visual (AV), Acoustic, and Smart Classroom technologies, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining AV systems, optimizing acoustic conditions, and integrating technology in smart classrooms. Your contributions will enhance the learning and communication experience within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **AV System Management:** - Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment like projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, and video conferencing systems. - Promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment. - Conduct routine maintenance to ensure longevity and functionality of AV systems. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for AV equipment procurement and upgrades. - **Acoustic Environment Optimization:** - Assess and improve acoustic conditions in classrooms and meeting spaces for clear and high-quality audio. - Implement soundproofing and acoustic treatments as required. - Monitor and adjust audio settings for optimal sound quality during events and presentations. - **Smart Classroom Integration:** - Coordinate setup and integration of smart classroom technologies like interactive whiteboards, document cameras, and educational software. - Train educators and staff on effective use of smart classrooms. - Stay updated on emerging technologies in the EdTech industry and recommend upgrades as necessary. - **Technical Support:** - Provide technical support to faculty, students, and staff during classes, meetings, and events. - Assist users with AV and technology-related issues. - Maintain an inventory of AV equipment and spare parts. - **Documentation and Reporting:** - Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for AV and smart classroom systems. - Generate regular reports on performance and usage of AV equipment. - **Compliance and Security:** - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in AV and smart classroom technology usage. - Implement security measures to safeguard AV systems from unauthorized access and data breaches. - **Collaboration:** - Work with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate technology into the learning environment. - Participate in IT projects and initiatives as necessary. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing AV systems, acoustic environments, and smart classroom technologies. - Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting AV equipment like projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools. - Strong knowledge of acoustic principles and audio equipment. - Familiarity with smart classroom technologies and software applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Certification in AV technology or related fields is a plus. - Experience in an educational institution is preferred.,
