IT Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to support and maintain our hotel’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage daily IT operations, provide technical support, and ensure smooth functioning of software, hardware, and network systems across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, software, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues and provide timely support to staff.
• Maintain hotel management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, Wi-Fi networks, and email configurations.
• Ensure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Monitor and manage internet bandwidth and system performance.
• Provide training to employees on IT best practices and software usage.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates and licensing.
• Support CCTV, biometric attendance, and telecommunication systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with hospitality software like IDS, Opera, or similar PMS/POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking protocols, and system security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
