IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for systems, networks, and users. Your role will involve developing and maintaining scripts or small applications using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Additionally, you will ensure the effective use of ERP systems, assist with data uploads, report generation, and troubleshoot any related issues. Your tasks will also include preparing and automating Excel reports using advanced features like formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts. Furthermore, you will be expected to perform basic hardware troubleshooting for PCs, printers, etc., and provide network support for LAN/Wi-Fi, cabling, and IP settings. You will also assist with software installations, updates, and IT asset management, work on IT projects and upgrades with vendors or internal teams, and maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day IT support for systems, networks, and users. - Develop and maintain scripts or small applications using known programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.). - Ensure effective use of ERP systems; assist with data uploads, report generation, and troubleshooting. - Prepare and automate Excel reports, using advanced features such as formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts. - Perform basic hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, etc.) and network support (LAN/Wi-Fi, cabling, IP settings). - Assist with software installations, updates, and IT asset management. - Work with vendors or internal teams for IT projects and upgrades. - Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions. Key Requirements: - Education: BCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field. - Experience: 02 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply). - Technical Skills: - Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++). - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, macros). - Experience or exposure to any ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle ERP, Odoo). - Basic knowledge of hardware setup and networking. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills (Optional): - Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL). - Exposure to cloud platforms or IT ticketing systems. - Certification in hardware/networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+).
