Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with a background in BCA or B.Sc. Computer Science . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in programming languages , Excel , and ERP systems , along with a solid foundation in basic hardware and networking . This role supports the IT infrastructure, resolves technical issues, and assists in system improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support for systems, networks, and users. Develop and maintain scripts or small applications using known programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.). Ensure effective use of ERP systems ; assist with data uploads, report generation, and troubleshooting. Prepare and automate Excel reports , using advanced features such as formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts. Perform basic hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, etc.) and network support (LAN/Wi-Fi, cabling, IP settings). Assist with software installations, updates, and IT asset management. Work with vendors or internal teams for IT projects and upgrades. Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions. Key Requirements: Education: BCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field. Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply). Technical Skills: Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, macros). Experience or exposure to any ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle ERP, Odoo). Basic knowledge of hardware setup and networking . Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL). Exposure to cloud platforms or IT ticketing systems. Certification in hardware/networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
