Troubleshooting Desktop/Laptop OS Issues
Support For Office Standard Software And Internet Client
Isolate System Issues Diagnose Standard Software Issues And Report Hardware Issues To Respective Team
Installation/ Re -Installation/ Configuration Of Systems, Printers, Scanners
Configure Desktop And Laptop as per the standardization Policies Of Customer
Installation/ Re -Installation/ Configuration of in Scope Client Software/Applications
Troubleshooting Printer/ Scanner Related Issues (Limited To Driver/OS Issues/ Hardware Support
Troubleshooting Networking Wireless And Connection Issues
Install Antivirus Software and Check Virus Definition Auto Updates and Monitor Antivirus From Console
Disconnection Of Desktops/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners
Manage And Maintain Assets Inventory And Periodical Update
Manage and Maintain Fiber Network Within the Warehouse
Basic Knowledge Of Firewall, Switches, Wireless And VLAN Architecture
It-Infrastructure Setup within the warehouse as and when requires
Ready To Access Any Technical Challenges and adhere process Of IT Security
Knowledge of network and first level troubleshooting of network
