Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues 12. Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications 13. Responding to general IT requests 14. Ensuring security software is kept up to date 15. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems 16. Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software 17.
