*Job Description:*
* Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting software, hardware, networking, and CCTV systems. Ensures smooth IT operations and provides technical support to all departments.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Install and maintain computer systems, printers, and CCTV cameras.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage data backup, antivirus, and system updates.
* Coordinate with vendors for IT and CCTV maintenance.
*Requirements:*
* Knowledge of software, hardware, and CCTV systems.
* Diploma / Graduate in IT or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
