We are hiring an experienced IT Executive – Retail IT Support to manage and support retail IT operations across stores. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Retail POS systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Retail ERP solutions such as Navision, Business Central, or LS Central. Prior experience in a retail environment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end IT support for retail store operations and POS systems
Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for retail operations
Support retail ERP systems including Navision, Business Central, and/or LS Central
Handle day-to-day POS issues to ensure uninterrupted store operations
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues at store level
Ensure system uptime, data accuracy, and smooth retail transactions
Support new store openings, system upgrades, and enhancements as required

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory experience working in a Retail company
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Experience with Navision / Business Central / LS Central
Strong knowledge of Retail POS systems and store-level IT support
Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple stores and work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience supporting multiple retail outlets or chain stores
Exposure to vendor management and retail IT infrastructure
