TRUELY AN AUTHORITY IN FASHION... Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with expertise in hardware and networking to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of hardware and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and effectively. Monitor network performance, ensure uptime, and implement necessary upgrades or repairs. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and network-related issues. Maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems. Collaborate with external vendors for hardware procurement and service management. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards. Assist in the planning, implementation, and upgrading of IT infrastructure and network systems. Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and network changes. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in hardware and networking support (minimum 2 years). Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware installation, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
