IT Executive (ERP Implementation)

We are hiring for IT Executive (ERP implementation) for our organization.

Exp: 5+ years

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

* Must have technical education background.

* Must be able to understand technical process.

* Must have experience in Analyst role.

* Should have hands on experience in Excel to create MIS reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisted in developing test scenario for validating functionality within an ERP environment.
• Performed regular maintenance task such as patching backups and upgrades to ensure optimal functioning of the system.
• Provide Training Session to end users on how to use the new ERP system effectively.
• Tested debugged and troubleshot existing as well as new ERP modules to ensure proper functioning.
• Resolved customer Query regarding issues encountered in the usage of the system .
• Worked closely with vendor and suppliers in order to acquire necessary hardware and software components for successful implementations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of all Technical details related to the implementation process.
• Configured and customized ERP software based on need.
• Provide Training and Support to end-users .
• Customized all software implementation processes for internal Biometric Set up.
