IT Executive

We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage IT infrastructure, software systems, hardware maintenance, ERP support, and CCTV monitoring across office and project locations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, data security, and system uptime.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Hardware

• Install, configure, and maintain:

• Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners

• Network devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)

• Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshooting

• Manage system backups and data security

Software & ERP Support

• Manage and support:

• ERP systems

• Accounting & project management software

• Coordinate with ERP vendors for updates, bugs, and enhancements

• User creation, access control, and permissions

• Train staff on basic ERP and system usage

CCTV & Security Systems

• Monitor and maintain:

• CCTV cameras

• NVR/DVR systems

• Storage and playback

• Ensure 24/7 uptime of CCTV systems

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs or upgrades

IT Operations & Support

• Provide daily IT support to office and site staff

• Maintain IT asset inventory and licenses

• Manage email systems, data storage, and cloud services

• Implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics

• 2–6 years experience in IT support / system administration

• Hands-on knowledge of:

• Windows OS & basic networking

• ERP systems

• CCTV systems & troubleshooting

• Familiarity with data security and backup systems

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
