Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for the IT Executive for our Plant(Swasth Aahar) based at kharawar, Rohtak, Haryana. The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s computer hardware, CCTV systems, networking infrastructure, and basic IT support. This role requires hands-on experience with IT equipment, troubleshooting, and technical support, ensuring that the systems run efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Computer Hardware & Peripheral Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, including RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, motherboards, etc.
  • Ensure timely hardware upgrades and maintenance.

2. CCTV & Surveillance Systems

  • Install, configure, and monitor CCTV cameras (IP and Analog).
  • Manage DVRs/NVRs and ensure proper data storage and retrieval.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure all cameras are operational.
  • Coordinate with vendors for CCTV maintenance or expansion projects.

3. Network & Infrastructure Support

  • Basic configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, LAN/WAN.
  • Assist in setting up wired and wireless networks.
  • Monitor network connectivity and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Ensure cabling is properly installed and labeled.

4. IT Support & Helpdesk

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees (on-site and remote).
  • Manage and respond to IT support tickets within SLA timelines.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and hardware.

5. System & Software Management

  • Assist in software installation, updates, and patch management.
  • Support antivirus, email clients, office applications, and other enterprise tools.
  • Perform routine system checks and backups where applicable.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of hardware assets, warranties, and service histories.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on system status, incidents, and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, basic networking.
  • Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls (basic level).
  • Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,346.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
