Designation: IT Executive Job Location: Thrissur Job Description: Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications Support the roll-out of new applications Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances Qualification: Diploma or BE or BTech or BSC or Master’s Degree in IT Experience required: Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: IT support: 1 year (Required) Language: Malayalam (Preferred) Work Location: In person
