Designation: Sales & Service Coordinator Job Description: Support the field Sales & Service team from the office Prepare necessary quotations for the customers Communicate with the customers wherever required Search for leads through available resources like, existing data base, trade fairs, exhibitions, google search, Yellow pages Cold calling etc. Talk to prospective customers over phone and try to convert them into new business. Explaining the benefits and advantages of Ashlyn Redlands products to potential buyers Must understand what the customer requires and accordingly provide a relevant solution to them in a short span of time. Promote the growth of the business by expanding the company’s customer network Should be quite customer friendly and should be able to influence the customers Schedule appointments so that the sales team gets in touch with the probable customers. Follow up with the customer on what they had discussed in the last phone call. Keep a record of each and every personal detail of the customer in their system and should also maintain all the conversations made over a telephone for future references Qualification: Plus 2 or Graduate Computer knowledge is mandatory Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
