Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Zoho platform (Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.). Automate business processes using Zoho Deluge scripting. Integrate Zoho apps with third-party applications using REST APIs. Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. Ensure data security and compliance with best practices. Required Skills: Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho One applications. Experience with Deluge scripting language. Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
