Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Must have skills:

Minimum 2 year of experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise OR IBM Integration Bus OR IBM MQ OR any IBM messaging platform
Experience with Unix OR Linux systems
Good experience in middleware admin & support

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Provide operational support for IBM ACE (Message Broker) and IBM MQ in production and pre-production environments.
Perform deployments, configuration updates, service restarts, and TLS certificate renewals.
Monitor systems, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and restore services.
Execute preventive maintenance (patching, recovery testing, lifecycle upgrades).
Follow ITIL processes incident, problem, and change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, application).
Automate processes using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and UrbanCode Deploy
