is mandatory, while experience with

Zoho or Odoo

is an added advantage.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications

• 510 years of experience in

  IT project delivery

  , preferably in ERP or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of

  requirement gathering, UAT, integrations, cloud deployments

  , and post-implementation support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong planning, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  Zoho

  (CRM, Books, Creator, Inventory, People, Projects) or

  Odoo

  (Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Experience with API integrations, automation workflows, and plugin-based customizations.
  
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with relevant certifications (optional).
