Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant IT products and services. Prepare and deliver proposals, technical presentations, and demos to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create solution-based sales strategies. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Follow up on leads, conduct negotiations, and close deals. Assess clients’ current IT systems and identify improvement opportunities. Recommend suitable technology solutions based on client needs and business objectives. Assist in the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure, software, and cloud-based systems. Provide ongoing support, training, and technical expertise.
