Job Description

Executing IT initiatives for Business software selection, implementation, roll-out support

Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
Responsible for Infrastructure Compliance related IT initiatives
Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
Techno Functional resource who can provide Technical Functional support to business and liaison with End user / Business teams and Business solution group (BSG) teams.
Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.
Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures

Skills Abilites

Web Based Technologies Java/JSP
RDBMS Technologies MSSQL, Oracle etc.
Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
Knowledge experience of Project Management Methodology like PMI, Dev Ops.
API Integration/ Shell Scripting / AIX / Linux commands experience intermediary level
Proven skills and experience in good companies and in Banking Financial Services Domain

Responsibility

Experience in handling a similar role
Domain Knowledge for the Banking Financial Services
Should have a sound knowledge of Oracle database Shell Scripting / AIX / Linux commands experience
Experience in Banking domain a must. Integration experience (API / Web Service /File based) with Finacle, Digital channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking) would be a plus.
Good Exposure to Risk Management initiatives
Experience in using Jira, Service now or Service Now tool would be a plus.
Should have handled and led a team
Good Communication Skills
Good Negotiating Skills
Should be Self-starter and be able to work independently as well.
