Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer with hands-on experience in Biomatrix Attendance and Access control, IT systems, and CCTV installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of hardware and surveillance equipment across various client locations. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Biomatrix Device , servers, and peripheral hardware at client sites. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in Attendance System Hardware and software, and network devices. Set up, install, and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related surveillance equipment. Perform routine maintenance and firmware upgrades for CCTV and IT systems. Troubleshoot and repair faults in computer networks, cabling, and security systems. Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely. Maintain service reports and documentation for each client visit. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements during installations.
