*** We are urgently hiring and seeking candidates who can join immediately *** Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in IT/software solutions. Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation & Persuasion: Proven ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships. Relationship Management: Strong ability to engage and maintain client relationships. Target-Driven: Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals. Market Knowledge: Understanding of the IT/software industry and digital solutions is a plus.
