IT - Business Analyst

You are a passionate Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, seeking to join a dynamic team at the earliest. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating business process models, and providing essential support to project teams. Your primary duty will be to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, bridging the gap between business and IT seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include working proficiently with Jira, possessing knowledge of Jira & Scrum, and conducting continuous surveys of business cycles to implement streamlining techniques. Staying updated on the latest interaction and IT advancements will be crucial for automating and modernizing systems. You will lead meetings and presentations to exchange ideas, perform requirements analysis, and document the results effectively. Your role will involve sharing insights and plans with cross-functional colleagues and management, gathering critical information from stakeholder meetings, and generating useful reports. Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and administrative staff will be essential, along with providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members. Ensuring that solutions address business issues, performing user acceptance testing, managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance will be part of your routine tasks. You must have hands-on experience in the Scrum Master role for at least 6 months, demonstrating your ability to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements effectively.
