Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of IT audit engagements, leading a team of senior associates, associates, or analysts.
Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements, respecting timelines and budgets.
Conduct quality reviews and assurance processes to maintain high standards of work.
Understand business and industry issues/trends, identifying areas for improvement as value adds.
Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.
Develop strong working relationships with clients and assist in marketing collaterals and business proposals.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice.
Exercise professional judgment and accountability throughout the engagement, managing multiple deadlines effectively.

Experience Requirement:

7-11 years of experience in IT assurance, ITGC, SOX compliance, or IT audit functions.
Strong knowledge of SOC 1, SOC 2 reporting, and internal control frameworks.
Experience managing audit teams and client-facing roles.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within set timelines and budgets.
Exposure to IT risk assessments and controls testing procedures.
