IT Assistant Analyst

Role Overview: As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are seeking junior talent to strengthen and support sustain & operations. This role offers hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting integration workflows, with a focus on building capabilities in Java, API management, and cloud-native development. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and support application interfaces to ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues. - Assist in debugging and troubleshooting Java and Spring Boot applications under senior guidance. - Support API testing, validation, and integration activities. - Participate in production migrations, patch updates, and sustain activities. - Document recurring issues, fixes, and standard operating procedures for operational excellence. - Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to learn and adopt best practices in sustain & operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Understanding of ITSM, Java production support, SLA Governance, Reporting & Service Delivery. - 1-3 years of experience.,
