IT Asset Procurement Executive

Role Overview: As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for asset procurement and coordination with regional teams for delivery and installation. Your role will involve maintaining asset trackers, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring efficient sub-contract management. Additionally, you will be expected to have strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge in asset procurement - Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word - Coordination with regional teams for asset delivery and installation - Maintaining asset-wise trackers - Negotiation with vendors - Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers - Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Qualifications Required: - Preferably a degree in Engineering or MBA - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement - Experience in procurement of electronic components and mechanical raw materials - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Skills in sub-contract management and vendor management Please note that the job description also includes the following additional details: - Experience in sub-contract management - Desired skills in cost analysis - Qualification preference for B.Tech in ECE, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering Kindly let me know if you need any further information.
