IT Asset Manager

Role Summary:

The IT Asset Team Lead will be responsible for managing the complete IT asset lifecycle across the enterprise, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in asset management tools, and adherence to ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement).
• Ensure accurate asset tracking and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, licensing agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor asset management standards and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the IT Asset Management team.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Identify gaps and optimize asset management processes.
• Drive automation and integration with ITSM tools.
• Generate regular reports on asset utilization, cost, and compliance.
• Provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
