Role Overview – IT Application Support Engineer

IT Application Support Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application-level support for enterprise software
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with backend teams
• Handle software installations, updates, and system checks
• Ensure smooth functionality and availability of applications
• Log and resolve incidents while maintaining proper documentation
• Communicate effectively with end-users and technical teams
• Monitor application performance and escalate issues when needed

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1.5+ years of experience

  in IT Application or Technical Support
• Diploma / BCA / B.Tech / BE in

  Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Basic understanding of SQL, OS environments, and enterprise tools

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
