IT Analytic Support Analyst

Role & responsibilities

You will provide analytic support to colleagues from all over the world.
In this role, you will receive time-critical requests with a clear analytical focus. You will respond to, research, resolve and track questions received in a timely manner to maximize user productivity. Most of these requests are solved live over the phone or via screen sharing sessions. You will help with requests for problem-solving (e.g., how to merge multiple datasets into one). You will also provide support on complex issues (e.g., building a dashboard using different levels of detail calculations).You will advise as to how a task can be resolved quickly and effectively using IT applications. You will measure your success based on how effectively internal employees achieve their goals.You will demonstrate a high degree of collaboration with regional centers to ensure the timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on user satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to a strong team environment by engaging in the assistance of other specialists when appropriate as well as being available to provide assistance to other colleagues.You will join our Gurugram, India office as part of our global technology team. You'll provide support in an increasingly complex, digital world. As part of a global team, you will collaborate with analysts located in Manila, Dusseldorf, Prague, Toronto, Waltham and San Jose.Knowledge sharing is embedded in our teams culture as we build off and learn from each others expertise.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Very strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clarify and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Efficient collaboration and time management skills
• Very strong customer service attitude and a high level of professionalism
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of relational databases
• Previous experience with Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, R/R-Studio, Python, Jupyter, DataBricks is an advantage
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Superior command of the English language
