IT Analyst - Logistics Applications (Oracle OTM/GTM)

As an IT Analyst for Logistics Applications specializing in Oracle OTM/GTM, you will be responsible for providing production support and assisting in OTM solution implementation. Your role will involve requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, and end-user training. Additionally, you will be involved in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation. Collaboration with technical teams and Oracle support to resolve critical issues is a key aspect of this role. Timely delivery with clear communication and status reporting will be essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide production support for logistics applications - Assist in OTM solution implementation across business units - Requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, and end-user training - Solution design, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation - Collaborate with technical teams and Oracle support to resolve critical issues - Ensure timely delivery with clear communication and status reporting **Qualifications Required:** - 6-10 years of experience in Logistics Applications - 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle OTM & GTM modules - Expertise in Inbound & Outbound processes, OTM configuration (Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, Claims) - At least 1 end-to-end Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud implementation - Strong knowledge of agents, saved queries, workflows, configurations, SQL/PLSQL scripting - Experience with OTM integrations (XSLT, XML, EDI, mappings) is a plus - Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM certification preferred Please note that the role is based in Hyderabad, India with a hybrid work model of 3 days onsite and work timings from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
