IT Advisor

As an IT Advisor at our organization, located in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to optimize the use of technology and IT resources. Your responsibilities will involve advising senior leadership on IT strategy, evaluating current technology infrastructure, recommending and implementing IT solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and stay updated on emerging technology trends. Additionally, you will oversee vendor management, provide training on IT best practices, and ensure that the company's IT infrastructure aligns with its business goals. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Freshers with a strong interest in IT or candidates with experience in IT consulting/advisory roles are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft, as well as experience with enterprise software solutions like ERP or CRM systems. The ability to work independently, strong leadership skills, and a client-focused approach are also valued qualities for this position. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred, and prior work experience in IT or sales roles is advantageous.
