Job Description

Job Title: IT Executive / IT Administrator

Location: Gurgaon – Think Right Eduventures LLP

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing and maintaining all IT-related work, including hardware, software, network, data security, and user support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
Manage LAN/Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and data backups.
Provide IT support to staff for software, emails, and daily issues.
Ensure cybersecurity, antivirus, and firewall protection.
Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and vendor coordination.
