IT Administrator

As an IT Administrator at Facultyzone Talent Acquisition (FZTA), you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the technology infrastructure of renowned educational institutions in India. Your responsibilities will include managing school ERP, LMS, and other educational software systems, overseeing network administration, server management, and IT security protocols, providing technical support for staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems for academic and administrative purposes. You will be tasked with implementing and maintaining data backup and disaster recovery procedures, as well as coordinating with vendors for software, hardware, and network upgrades. Your role will require a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of ERP and LMS systems used in educational settings, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this position. Experience in the education sector is preferred.
