Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ISR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels to generate new business opportunities. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target accounts, develop sales strategies, and execute effective sales campaigns. Engage with decision makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and present relevant solutions. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, providing information, answering questions, and scheduling meetings or demos as needed. Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the IT consulting or technology industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and clients. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on driving results and closing deals. Self motivated and goal oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and overcoming challenges. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast paced sales environment.
