2. 5+ years in release and change management, proven experience coordinating complex cross-team releases in regulated environments.
3. Expertise in release governance, change management, and SDLC compliance. ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred. Agile certification advantageous.
4. Familiarity with enterprise-level releases, Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, GCP (cloud), and container technologies, proficiency in tools like JIRA, strong abilities in technical document interpretation, analysis, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration.
