Position for Isilon/Powerscale

Location: Bangalore (WFO) - 5 days

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Experience: 5+ Years

Primary Skills Required:

Excellent Administration/Design and Implementation knowledge in Dell EMC ISILON, NetApp other storage good to have.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for all Isilon-related matters.
Excellent Administration/Design knowledge in Storage replications using SyncIQ.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Isilon storage systems.
Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis factors of Storage Arrays.
In-depth knowledge of using CLI.
Detailed NAS knowledge.
Advanced troubleshooting skills and identify the severity of the issue, Ability to Resolving issues quickly to account/customer satisfaction and Prepare RCA.
