Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Storage Engineer with deep expertise in Dell PowerScale (Isilon) and ECS storage solutions to lead smart data migrations and help organizations manage unstructured data at scale. This role involves assessing, designing, and implementing Dell Technologies scale-out NAS (PowerScale) and Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) , with a strong focus on data movement, ROI forecasting , and cloud-readiness without vendor lock-in. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data migration from EMC Isilon to Dell PowerScale Identify and assess data sets suitable for Dell PowerScale targets Forecast storage savings and ROI using PowerScale analytics Enable seamless data access across Dell ECS without vendor lock-in Manage and migrate object data into Dell PowerScale ECS Support scale-on-demand infrastructure and storage architecture Ensure efficient unstructured data cost management Deliver Smart Data Migration strategies for enterprise customers Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions Key Skills & Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Dell PowerScale (Isilon) and ECS Deep understanding of NAS, object storage , and scale-out storage architectures Proficient in data migration tools and techniques Strong skills in analyzing storage performance and optimization Good understanding of cloud integration strategies Familiarity with data governance , compliance, and security considerations Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Requirements: Overall Experience: 8+ years Relevant Experience: 7 to 8 years (Isilon / PowerScale / ECS) Notice Period: Max 60 days Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Dell Technologies certifications (e.g., Dell EMC Proven Professional Isilon or ECS) Experience with cloud storage platforms (AWS S3, Azure Blob, etc.) Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments with unstructured data at scale How to Apply: Submit your resume via Naukri or send it directly : IpsitaS@norwintechnologies.com Please mention "Senior PowerScale Engineer Naukri" in the subject line.
