Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Personal Loan sales / open market channel
Qualification: Graduate (in any stream)
Age: Up to 32 years
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) — ability to explain financial products simply.
Good interpersonal skills: building rapport, convincing, negotiation.
Result oriented: ability to work towards targets under pressure.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently in the field.
Basic computer skills: smartphone, MS Office or relevant apps, using CRM tools.
Knowledge of credit score and basic credit evaluation is preferred.
Local language proficiency (Telugu) helpful; basic understanding English.
