Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing of skin care personal care products Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and approved specifications Review and control Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs) Perform line clearance and verify equipment, area, and material readiness Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations promptly Raise NCRs, support root-cause analysis, and assist with CAPA implementation Coordinate with Production, QC, RD, and Packaging teams for issue resolution Ensure labeling accuracy, traceability, and documentation compliance Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections Promote hygiene, safety, and quality awareness on the shop floor

Education

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field

Preferred Experience

2-4 years of experience as an IPQA Officer or QA professional Experience in skin care, personal care, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
