IPB Specialist

You will be responsible for checking the Inter office Resource agreement (IORA) for correctness and creating Inter Project Billing (IPB) Number to facilitate time booking and Auto Invoicing. Additionally, you will be maintaining the log of IPB generated, checking the correctness of Auto Invoice generated along with E-Invoice, and reconciling time booked and Invoice generated for all IPB Projects. You will also need to coordinate with Inter Company colleagues for any corrections to be done for IORA Budget and have exposure to working with international clients. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong attention to details, analytical skills, presentation skills, and communication skills are essential. You should have a good command over the English language and possess a proactive, positive attitude, and be solution-oriented. Being able to adapt quickly to a changing environment, work under pressure, and being self-driven with a collaborative team spirit are important aspects of this role. Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required, along with Invoicing Role OTI (Order to invoice experience). You should be ready to take on additional roles and responsibilities based on organizational requirements. Intermediate skills in Power Point and Word are preferred for this position.,
