IP Manager (In patient Manager)

• To supervise the seamless operation of out patient department including registration, documentation, and billing To capture accurate patient information at registration and throughout OP Patient flow. To monitor patients waiting time and to evaluate and act on the bottle-necks. Patient grievance handing To monitor behavioral standards of the teammates and if required suggest a training program for improvements of soft skills, grooming etc.; To ensure capturing maximum patients’ feedback and suggestion To remain well-groomed as per company policy. Review of new and follow-up appointments of the patients in Palash Review of first and follow-up appointments for the next appointment and reason Greeting and welcoming the patients/guests/consultants both voice and face-to-face. Monitor Collecting payments and generating receipts for the patients. Monitoring patients file (IVF files + Lab reports + SA report) for the next day appointments and informing same to consultants. Monitoring clinic ambience and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee, and notices) Daily reports sending it to all concern department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
