Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IP Litigation Attorney at our New Delhi office. The IP Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing and litigating intellectual property cases, including trademark and copyright disputes. Key tasks include drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and coordinating with clients and external legal teams. The attorney will be actively involved in strategizing and executing legal actions to protect clients' intellectual property rights.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and litigating intellectual property cases
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents, legal research, and court representation
• Proficiency in trademark and copyright law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM), with a focus on intellectual property law
• Bar Council of India registration and eligibility to practice in India
• Experience in the legal sector with a focus on intellectual property litigation is a plus
