IP Litigation Attorney

Job Description: You will be joining our client's team as an experienced IP Litigation Attorney on a full-time, remote basis through June, with the potential for extension. As a vital member of the litigation team, your role will involve preparing expert rebuttal reports, assisting with motion preparation, drafting mediation statements, managing third-party subpoenas, and gathering essential documents. Your expertise in IP litigation, with a minimum of 8 years of experience, will be key in quickly grasping case details and proactively addressing necessary tasks. Admission to at least one US jurisdiction and a federal court is required. While experience in patent litigation is highly desirable, any experience in IP litigation will be sufficient.
