IP Analytics team of Honeywell's IP COE is a leading provider of IP project services to Honeywell SBG's. Our service portfolio includes patent prosecution, patent application drafting, patent search & analytics, strategic IP projects, competitive tech intelligence and Open source software compliance. We support SBG IP Counsels in managing their IP processes and portfolios.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting patent prosecution and application drafting matters.
• IP Analyst II is responsible for articulating US and Non-US office action responses.
• IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting continued/ directed prosecution matters.
• IP Analyst II is responsible for managing own delivery including independent interaction with engineering & IP counsels to formulate office action response strategy.
• IP Analyst II is expected to apply significant product / technology knowledge of aligned business domain into the work.
  

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property function
• Hands on experience in patent prosecution and application drafting
  

We Value

• Patent prosecution skills such as drafting response for US and Non-US office action is a must.
• Application drafting experience will be a plus.
• Very good understanding of US, EP and India patenting systems.
