* Management of IIOT software in the Machine shop. Industry 4.0 project - TPM track software.
* Measure, analyse and visualize factors such as Production time, equipment Performance and product Quality.
* Make data driven decisions by providing insights into equipment and production process performance.
* Increase capacity by optimizing equipment utilization and reducing bottlenecks.
* Team coaching, on boarding, capacity planning, tracking project efficiency and driving continuous improvements.
* Automation in data collection across all machines and production processes
* Track performance to reduce down time.
* Create customized dashboards to visualize critical data insights for decision making.
* Real time data capture, interactive dashboard, remote assets monitoring and control.
* Monitor KPIS, analyse OEE based on its efficiency pillars : Availability, performance and quality.
* Collect information to enable clear visualization for decision making based on hard data and best practices.
* Taking actions on real time warnings to avoid potential problems.
Production / machining processes knowledge.
* Knowledge of different types of machine tools.
* Analysis / critical thinking / problem solving skills.
* Communication skills.
* Awareness of lean manufacturing tools.
